Puck Soup features three hockey journalists who come together to chat about hockey, both on the ice and about fan culture. That’s the “puck”. As well as movie, TV, fast food, life lessons and general idiocy. That’s the “soup”.

Puck Soup: Podcast Review

November 17, 2019

A great sports podcast that steps outside your typical game coverage and shares a humour-driven perspective on all things hockey, movies, TV shows and pop culture.

It’s a casual listen that feels warmly similar to chit chat with friends over beers. Puck Soup packs the insight of three hockey journalists and interviews with those playing and close to the game into an easy and light-hearted way to stay up to date on the happenings of the NHL. A refreshing change to what is sometimes a traditional and old-school league.

It’s honest hockey insight from folks that have dedicated their lives to reporting on the game and brings both entertainment and a bit of education to hockey fanatics or casual fans alike. It’s hockey and it’s nonsense – a wonderful combination.
