Turning her sit-down conversations from her “SuperSoul Sunday” episodes on her network OWN into a podcast, Oprah Winfrey offers deep conversation with bestselling authors, business leaders, politicians, and entertainers.

Unlike some podcasts that often only shed light on people’s professional journey, Winfrey gets personal in her interviews so listeners can walk away with insight on how to live an overall better life. Given Oprah’s clout her guests are always high-caliber and come from all walks of life; including (to name a few), spiritual guru Eckhart Tolle, Vice President Joe Biden, television producer Shonda Rhimes, author Paulo Coelho and thinker Malcolm Gladwell.

At a time when mindfulness is having a moment, this podcast is food for the soul and because each episode is under 40 minutes, it is the perfect podcast to tune into on a commute or while running errands. As someone who grew up watching Oprah and followed her work religiously, you can’t help but feel that this podcast and her focus on the mind-body-soul connection is the work she is most passionate about.

She famously said that when the Oprah Winfrey Show was on television, America was not ready for conversations around spirituality. But now that they are, Mama Oprah is passionately taking the lead in helping raise our collective consciousness.
