First and foremost, Quill was born out of a love for podcasts. They’re informative, inspiring, entertaining and let’s be honest they make a commute way more enjoyable!
As an early adopter herself, CEO & Co-Founder, Fatima Zaidi had always seen the promise and opportunity in the podcasting industry. This was only reinforced by her experience in marketing agency roles where clients were increasingly looking for exposure on existing podcasts or had aspirations to start their own.
What she discovered is that she had the chance to help truly further this relatively new medium by building an easy-to-use online marketplace that would connect anyone who needed help with their podcast to the freelancers who would not only get the job done but get it done right!
From there it was all about teaming up with like-minded people and putting the right technology in place. Enter CFO & Co-Founder, Jay Roberts, coupled with a strong group of advisors and freelancers and Quill was well on its way to delivering on a bold vision to truly take podcasting to the next level!
To facilitate accessible human connection, through podcasting
The end to end solution for any type of podcaster; focused on all things podcasting to expand the world of audio and make it more accessible for everyone
This is at the heart of everything we do. We throw ourselves into each task/idea/project that we take on 100%. It’s why our vision is big and we ensure everyone who works with us is on board and working toward the same goals.
We are honest, open, ethical, fair and only want to work with people who are the same. It’s why we will always carefully curate our freelancers and any partners we work with.
We pride ourselves on ensuring open channels of communication and accountability at all levels so there is a shared understanding of what success looks like and we can carve a path to achieve it.
We treat our clients, colleagues and freelancers as trusted partners and strive to be thought of in the same way, as we work together honestly and reliably in pursuit of shared goals.
At the end of the day, we all spend a lot of time working so why shouldn’t we enjoy ourselves too?! We embrace playing hard just as much as we value working hard!
We should also mention that we LOVE dogs. Well, all furry creatures really. And we hope you do too!
